Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following company recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Train new team members on beverage preparation
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
