Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a pristine workspace including espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Process orders efficiently using our POS system while handling cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and fast-paced café atmosphere
- Assist with inventory management and product rotation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty beverages
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
