Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages (espresso, lattes, cold brew) with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, prep areas, and customer spaces
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash and digital payments
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Manage inventory restocking and quality control of coffee/food items
- Uphold strict health and safety standards in all procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred; training available for passionate beginners
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings while maintaining composure
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
