Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation across all coffee stations and equipment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation for optimal freshness

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation or high-volume service
- Extensive knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and coffee bean varieties
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
