Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate POS systems accurately, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
- Engage with customers warmly, take orders, and build relationships to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock ingredients, milk, and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (4-6 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong passion for customer service.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
