Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment per health regulations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Uphold cafe cleanliness standards and food safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of coffee preparation experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable personality
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in beverage quality
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred (training available)
