Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pastries, and food items according to BrewMaster standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional, friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including counters, seating areas, and equipment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Clean equipment, restock supplies, and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
