Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and pastries.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace, including espresso machines and seating areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, top-tier customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Restock supplies, such as milk, cups, and pastries, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food preparation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
