Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and cold brew.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee equipment and dining areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Upsell products and inform customers about daily specials.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
