Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso beverages, pastries, and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including the espresso bar, dining area, and storage spaces.
- Greet every customer with a smile, answer questions, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- A genuine passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
