Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques and specialty coffee preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and learn new recipes
Qualifications
