Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques, milk steaming, and drink preparation through paid training
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge upselling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all coffee stations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for efficient operations
- Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee-making skills

Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required (paid training provided)

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
