Responsibilities
- Master espresso preparation, latte art, and brewing techniques through our structured training program
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a warm and inviting café atmosphere
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions with precision
- Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Support inventory management and stock rotation of coffee beans and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless café operations during peak hours
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all workstations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialized techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
