Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per health standards
- Process cash and digital payments accurately
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously learn and master new menu offerings
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Food safety awareness (training provided)
- Must be 18+ years old
