Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Maintain clean workstations and sanitize equipment
- Handle cash transactions and daily register balancing
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and rotate through all station duties
