Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, authentic interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including equipment and service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety standards and company protocols consistently
