Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee/espresso drinks following recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle transactions
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and promote seasonal menu items and promotions
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
- Must be 18+ years old (for equipment operation)
- Reliable with punctual attendance and flexible availability
