Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and efficiency
- Maintain a spotless, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and process cash/transactions securely
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Engage customers with product knowledge and seasonal promotions
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
