Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks including espresso, lattes, and pour-overs
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain clean, organized stations and ensure food safety compliance
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink specials and promotions
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
