Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffee.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company standards for food preparation.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
