Responsibilities
- Expertly craft and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specials.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Engage with customers warmly, answering questions and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or a strong passion for coffee culture is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and recipe measurements.
- Willingness to undergo food safety and handling training.
