Responsibilities
- Brewing high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to strict recipes and standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Preparing food items and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Cleaning the workspace, including counters, tables, restrooms, and equipment.
- Assisting in inventory management and stocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
