Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries, according to strict recipes and standards.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment daily to adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and techniques is a plus.
