Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages to exacting standards
- Train and guide new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies while minimizing waste
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, counters, and service areas
- Develop personalized beverage recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while balancing daily register
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Proven ability to train staff and maintain quality standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong multitasking ability during peak business hours
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
