Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event venues across Honolulu
- Manage guest registration, ticketing, and directional assistance
- Set up and break down event infrastructure (decor, signage, equipment)
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout events
- Assist with crowd control and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic knowledge of event setup and teardown procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
