Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn brewing techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
