Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a pristine store environment, ensuring workstations, restrooms, and dining areas are spotless at all times.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and POS systems with speed and accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and performing daily stock counts.
- Cash handling and processing transactions accurately and securely.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Enthusiasm for coffee culture and a desire to learn new brewing techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
