Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks following premium standards
- Engage warmly with customers to build loyalty and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and ensure equipment functionality
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize daily operations
- Support inventory management and order supplies as needed

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing and latte art techniques
- Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
