Responsibilities
- Brew and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and cold brew, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process orders and handle payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including espresso machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Stock inventory and ingredients, ensuring supplies are available to meet daily demand.
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and upsell products when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively during peak hours.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
