Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages according to recipe standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain spotless workspace, equipment, and inventory management systems
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently during peak hours
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Bardstown Road location
