Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks following signature recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, taking personalized orders and recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team members during peak rush periods
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
