Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register integrity
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Uphold cafe's brand standards and presentation guidelines
Qualifications
