Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using provided commercial equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all coffee stations and equipment
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team to develop seasonal drink specials
- Process transactions accurately through POS systems
- Train new baristas on equipment and recipes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista experience or equivalent coffee knowledge
- Proficiency with espresso machines and grinders (training provided)
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
- Team player with positive attitude
