Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision using provided high-end equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of coffee stations and equipment
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other provided barista tools
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
- Upsell menu items and promote new beverage offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience required
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art techniques
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
