Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and grinders with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting workspace and dining area.
- Engage with customers to take orders accurately and provide friendly recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, including milk, syrups, and pastries.
- Keep the equipment clean and sanitized in compliance with health regulations.
- Upsell merchandise and promote loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Must be friendly, energetic, and reliable with a positive demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and move equipment safely.
