Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process customer orders accurately and handle payments.
- Engage with customers warmly to take orders, answer questions, and ensure a memorable experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service.
