Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, following our strict quality standards.
- Operate high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment (all provided by us) with precision and care.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and sanitation regulations.
- Restock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Learn and explain our coffee origins and brewing techniques to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong passion for coffee and a desire to learn the craft.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
