Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer service excellence
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans, syrups, and supplies with precision
- Deliver personalized customer consultations on coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all coffee stations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to create coffee-pairing menu specials
- Implement seasonal beverage promotions and limited-edition offerings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build client loyalty
- Ability to work high-volume shifts while maintaining precision and speed
- Food Handler's certification and ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience with high-end espresso machines (e.g., La Marzocco, Synesso)
- Strong inventory management and cash handling skills
