Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine hospitality
- Maintain spotless cleanliness and sanitized equipment
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or food service experience
- Deep passion for coffee and beverage craft
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
