Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while upselling seasonal specials
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying managers of shortages
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or food service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
