Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality espresso and coffee beverages according to strict recipes.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handling cash.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, workspaces, and seating areas.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong passion for coffee and the ability to learn quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
