Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and specialty coffees.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions and digital payments efficiently.
- Clean and restock supplies, including cups, milk, and pastries.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Enthusiasm for coffee culture and quality ingredients.
