Responsibilities
- Prepare & serve specialty coffee drinks using premium equipment
- Train on & maintain espresso machines, grinders & brewing systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Manage inventory & ensure cleanliness of workstations
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal drink innovations
- Upsell retail coffee products & merchandise
- Adhere to food safety & hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Proficiency with espresso machines & milk steaming
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Basic cash handling & POS system knowledge
- Flexible availability including weekends & holidays
- Passion for coffee & willingness to learn advanced techniques
