Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain professional espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment (all provided)
- Execute latte art and craft signature beverages with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine workspace standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and special events
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Train new baristas on equipment and brewing techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Latte art proficiency (free pour and etching)
- Knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Passion for coffee and continuous learning
