Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks and food items with precision and speed.
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and making them feel right at home.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our seasonal menu and brewing techniques.
- Assist in inventory management and restock supplies to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for coffee and an eagerness to learn new brewing techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
