- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks adhering to recipe standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and genuine interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, seating areas, and service stations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital payments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year café or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
