Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks using premium beans and precision techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate workspace including espresso machine cleaning and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Develop seasonal drink knowledge and contribute to menu innovation
- Uphold strict health/safety standards and food handling protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee shop or hospitality experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing methods and milk steaming
- Exceptional communication skills with genuine customer enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
