Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-gen AI architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-enhanced ML models
- Author peer-reviewed research on ethical AI and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with governments on AI policy frameworks
- Develop neuromorphic computing solutions for real-time inference
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 3+ annual papers
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with >500 citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-relevant AI applications
