Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML research with 20+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Experience securing DARPA/NIH grants preferred
- Patents in machine learning or adjacent fields
