Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for quantum-accelerated computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Publish research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI) and present at global conferences
- Optimize large-scale models for edge computing and IoT ecosystems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences with 50+ citations
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or neuromorphic engineering
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from concept to production
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible development practices
